The following selections may be included with any menu
A Chefs selection of Pre-dinner Canapes is available for $9.90per person. Served for up to one hour prior to the commencement of the entrée/main meal. Please refer to the fingerfood menus, as your personal selection and service period may be priced individually.
Asian style noodle boxes: Chicken / Beef / Seafood or Vegetarian Hokkien Noodle Dishes available for $6.60 per head. Served in Chinese style cardboard takeaway containers with chopsticks.
Fish & Chips: Freshly cooked fish and chips with tartare sauce served in cardboard cones, priced at $5.50 per head.
Soups: A range of assorted flavours (or you may have a favourite) at $3.30 per head (in a mug)
Antipasto Platters may be served as a starter and is available for an additional $5.50 per person. Comprising a freshly garnished selection of marinated vegetables including mushrooms, olives, sundried tomatoes and capsicum served with crackers and crostini.
Cheese Platter or individually plated cheese plates are available for an additional $5.50 per person. Comprising a selection of freshly garnished Australian cheeses, dried fruits assorted nuts and crackers, side plate and knife. Alternatively imported cheeses may be included with the above for $6.50 per person.
Dips and Crudities are available for $2.20 per person. Comprising 2 freshly prepared assorted dips, carrot and celery sticks and crackers.
Celebration Cakes supplied by the client. Cutting, plating, garnishing with coulis, fresh cream and strawberries, served including provision of plate, fork and napkin is available for $3.30 per person.
A selection of Cakes are available suitable for service for up to 50 people at $90.00. Price is inclusive of simple decorating - fresh strawberries and iced text of your choice 'happy birthday …….' etc. Cakes available include Chocolate Mud Cake, Carrot, Hummingbird, and Black Forest Cake.
Tea, Coffee and Chefs Choice of Accompaniments, if not provided in the menu selected may be added for an additional $3.30 per person. Comprising freshly brewed tea and coffee, hand made petite four inclusive of cup, saucer, teaspoon, milk and sugar, presented buffet style for self service.
Baked Ham served with assorted rolls & condiments. Left warm upon Chefs departure. $190.00 - based on up to 50 persons.
Seafood may be added to any menu based on market prices. Client selection of prawns, oysters, mussels, bugs, crabs etc, priced on application.
Equipment Hire We own and hire Round Tables of ten, Trestle Tables, Dry Bars, Quality Chairs,
Linen Table Cloths and Napkins, Mobile Cool Rooms, Full range of Glasses, Plates and Cutlery.
